General characteristics:
Fully automatic machine, able to perform pre-salting and salting operations on prosciutto ham, speck, bacon and similar products, whatever the type of cut and weight. The rubbing operation, performed with both dry and damp salt, is carried out by means of a series of special rubber-covered brushes located along the entire outside edge of the conveyor belt. The salting operation is normally performed using dry salt, supplied in a precise and constant quantity. The upshot of extensive experience acquired in the industry, the machine permits performing very customised operations, according to the needs of the individual customer. Designed and built in compliance with all essential safety regulations and relative hygienic/sanitary provisions, the machine conforms to the following standards: - DIRECTIVE 98/37/EC (“Machine directive”);
- DIRECTIVE 89/109/EC (Materials intended to come into contact with food products);
- CEI EN 60204/1 STANDARD (Electric equipment);
- DIRECTIVE 89/336/EEC (Electromagnetic Compatibility);
