AISI 304 stainless steel structure with two fixed and two revolving wheels with brakes, with opening panels in the front, protected by safety sensors, to facilitate maintenance operations.
Hydraulic system with AISI 304 stainless steel tank complete with heat exchanger for a better performance.
The machine automatically ties, stretches and cuts the rope to the point of tearing, fixing it to the ham stem with a specific knot called “parlato” (“spoken”), in a simple, safe and fast way, eliminating the operator’s manual effort.
Machine completed by safety barriers placed at the product inlet and AISI 304 stainless steel roller conveyor with height-adjustable wheels.
Touch Screen keypad programmed to manage work pages as well as customizable production cycles based on customer’s needs.
