Semi-automatic machine suitable for forming boned raw hams in traditional “addobbo” form.
Completely pneumatic, it is designed to form various sizes in a precise and reliable way, from the smallest to the largest product, without having to perform any size change operations
Pressing unit made entirely of stainless steel (including pneumatic cylinders), complete with system for massaging the product which can be set by the operator.
Unique piston placed to the front of the ham to flatten that side and create a READY-TO-SLICE effect, reducing the weight loss of the product.
Unique and innovative is the possibility of easily fitting plastic hooks on the foot of the ham while this is being pressed. Robotization option.
