Machine designed for surface stripping and cleaning of hams and other pork products.
It essentially consists of a rotating embracing device that can be positioned as required by the operator and is easily operated by means of a knee button.
The system enables the operator to work in total safety and, thanks to blade adjustment, ensures a considerable increase in production and waste optimisation.
