The machine is able to process ham, speck, bacon and the like in a fully automatic way. The initial weighing unit permits splitting up the incoming product into different weight classes (4/6 selected by the operator), later identifiable thanks to the application of a hot alphanumeric symbol on the top part of the meat. The double lower stamp furthermore allows application of the CE mark, the date, the lot number and the producer’s logo.
The machine stands out for its high operating reliability and for the easy accessibility of each component part. The various stamps borne by the product ensure its complete traceability and allow organising the production process according to individual product weight. Finally, the touch-screen terminal permits controlling the broad range of operations and settings featuring on the machine in a simple and intuitive way.
