An automatic machine capable of evenly massaging the ham joints that are repeatedly flexed, stretched and loosened making the tissues softer and hence allowing more homogenous salt absorption irrespective of the product size and type.
It is characterised by great operating flexibility and can operate both as simple “vein squeezer” when the product is still fresh before the salting phase and as “massager/vein squeezer” between the first and the second salting phase and before letting the ham rest.

The machine allows achieving a constant and homogeneous massage pressure on the product surface safeguarding its integrity and preventing detachment of the fat part from the lean part and shifting of the haunch.
It is particularly suitable for processing raw ham, and thanks to the configuration of the upper concave rollers, it mechanically helps emptying the large blood vessels.
